My background is in Psychology. I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in this subject from LSE. I am passionate about helping people to make positive changes to their lives. I am a fully trained and qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor.
I am fully insured and hold accredited memberships with both The National Hypnotherapy Society, and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society which are each registered with the Professional Standards Authority. As an accredited member of both of these bodies I am bound by their strict codes of conduct and ethical guidelines.
I am an approved affiliate of Anxiety UK and also work for CRUSE bereavement services as a counsellor and a supervisor. I have undertaken additional extensive specialist training in numerous areas such as anxiety, self-esteem and bereavement.
I take pride in my work and I care about the well-being of my clients. If you are happy then I am happy. The majority of my clients come through personal recommendations.
